PRICING PLAN
We offer a wide range of session times from Monday to Friday, 5am - 6:30pm, easily bookable through the Trainerize app. Our commitment to small class sizes and personal assessments means every workout is customized to your needs, with additional workout and flexibility routines provided for off-days. I highly recommend Schad for several reasons. He responds quickly. I reached out to several trainers and they either dont respond or they dont seem mentally present. He was very present and gave me all of his attention. He also knows his stuff. He taught me things ive never seen other trainers do which was very helpful. And finally, he went above and beyond to help me, guide me, and lead me in the right direction.

I've been training with Schad once a week for a couple years. He's taught me a lot about how to exercise safely. I have a home gym set up and he created a workout plan for me to do on my own, since we train once a week. Coach Schad has gone above and beyond with helping me stay committed when times ge tough. I have been working with Schad for 2 years and sometimes cannot believe the change l've seen in my body. Mentally and physically I feel so much stronger through the work we've done together! By curating workouts twice a week that cater to strength training, flexibility, mobility, and endurance, Schad always makes sure I never get bored or discouraged. I was referred to Force Fitness by my physical therapist. I'm an athlete who needs exercise, while dealing with a bulging lumbar disc, I felt like all I could do was physical therapy. Coach Schad created a customized training plan to work around my injury. He was very accommodating and thorough with coaching me through exercises to ensure I had proper form. After 4 months of coaching with him, my back is feeling stronger & better than ever! I'm back to riding my bike, training hard, and working out once a week at Force3 Fitness.
